This page explains what personal data thebiganswer.digital collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: the only personal data we collect is the email address you choose to give us, and we use it only to write to you about our tools.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Gerard Ill Valeriano (sole trader), tax ID 33956512W, Placeta, 2, 25586 Alós d'Isil (Alt Àneu), Lleida, Spain, operating as The Big Answer Digital. You can reach us at:
What we collect and why
- Your email address, when you submit a registration or access form on this site. We use it to send you early-access news and replies about our tools (Dunning Lite, Fabrik Raw Flow and the ones that follow). Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Technical data that any web server receives (IP address, browser, requested page and time) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Access logs are used only for security and troubleshooting, are rotated automatically, and are never combined with your email or used for profiling.
The interactive terminal on the home page runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type into it is sent to us. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Who processes it for us
- Our own API on a server hosted by Hostinger in France (European Union) receives the form submission.
- Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., United States) stores the list of registered emails. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU standard contractual clauses included in Notion's data processing terms.
- Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) sends the confirmation and update emails. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU standard contractual clauses included in Resend's data processing terms.
- Fonts: the JetBrains Mono typeface is served from our own server. No request is sent to Google Fonts or any other third party to display this site.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. After that we delete it from our list, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the address above. If you think we handled your data badly, you can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
